8lb TOMATOES

2lb SUGAR

1oz WHITE PEPPER

2oz GARLIC

1oz WHOLE PEPPERCORNS

¼ lb SALT

1 QUART VINEGAR

1oz CLOVES

4  APPLES

6 ONIONS

PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS IN SAUCEPAN. BOIL FOR 3 HOURS. PUSH THROUGH SIEVE & BOTTLE WHILE HOT.
