3 BAY LEAVES

COVER PORK WITH WATER. ADD ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS. BRING TO BOIL & SIMMER, COVERED, UNTIL TENDER & COOKED THROUGH. KEEP MEAT COVERED WITH WATER DURING COOKING BY ADDING BOILING WATER IF NECESSARY. COOL IN WATER.
