¼ COOKED CHICKEN

1 BACON RASHER [chopped]

2 TABLESPOONS SLIVERED ALMONDS

1 TABLESPOON CHIVES [chopped]

½ CUP SOUR CREAM

TOAST ALMONDS IN MODERATE OVEN UNTIL LIGHT BROWN [ABOUT 8 MINUTES]. REMOVE CHICKEN MEAT FROM BONES & CHOP FINELY. COOK BACON UNTIL CRISP, DRAIN. COMBINE CHICKEN, BACON, ALMONDS, CHIVES & SOUR CREAM. FILL CROISSANTS & HEAT IN MODERATE OVEN [180C] FOR 10 MINUTES.

CROISSANTS CAN BE FILLED, FROZEN THEN HEATED UNCOVERED IN MODERATE OVEN FOR 15 TO 20 MINUTES.
