Mudgee – An aboriginal word for “Nest in the hills”
Mudgee has been my home town for over 15 years, it was where I met Christee-Lee, got married and where our kids started out. Both Christee-Lee’s and I have our mothers living here, and my sisters family also. We are sure to miss them all as we take off on our venture. My sisters boy Luke, shown in many ‘Old photo Albums’, is not only cusson to Jayson and Jake, but is also a great friend to them. Luke often came on holidays with us, unfortunately not this time.
Luke, we’ll miss having you with us!
Mudgee is a growing country town only 3 hours drive north west of Sydney. It is renowned for it award winning wines and is a popular to tourist destination.
For us it is the Starting point of our journey
